Policies

Deposits:

All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. If deposit is not paid, your appointment will be cancelled. All deposits are applied to services booked. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred if appointment is rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment.

Late Policy:

We provide a 5 minute grace period. Anything after please communicate and we will inform you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Silent Appointments:

During your appointment, if you’d prefer for there to be silence and no small talk, please just let us know. No reasoning needs to be given; there will be no questions asked and no judgement.

No call no shows:

We at Twenty Two respect our clients’ time. We ask you please do the same. If a No call No Show occurs, any deposit paid will be nonrefundable and the full amount of your service will be charged.

Cancellations:

While we understand emergencies happen, we ask all cancellations or reschedules are made with a 24-hour notice. If cancelled or rescheduled same day, deposit will become nonrefundable.
